About The Position

Pecheles Automotive Group is looking for a sharp, customer-focused Finance & Insurance Manager to close out the deal experience for our buyers. This is a high-earning, high-visibility role for someone who already knows how to structure paper, present products with integrity, and turn a signed deal into a lasting customer relationship. If you can read a credit file as fast as you can read a room, we want to talk to you.

Requirements

Proven experience as an F&I Manager, or strong automotive sales/desk experience ready to move into F&I
Working knowledge of retail installment contracts, lender guidelines, and menu-selling systems
A track record of strong product penetration without sacrificing customer trust or CSI
Sharp attention to detail — compliance and accuracy are non-negotiable in this seat
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Willingness to work a retail schedule, including Saturdays

Responsibilities

Structure financing and present menu products for every retail deal, maximizing product penetration while keeping the customer's best interest front and center
Submit deals to lenders, negotiate approvals, and secure competitive terms for buyers across a range of credit profiles
Present aftermarket and protection products — service contracts, GAP, prepaid maintenance — with a consultative, no-pressure approach
Ensure every deal jacket is complete, compliant, and audit-ready, from Reg Z disclosures to state-specific paperwork
Partner closely with the sales team and General Manager to keep deals moving and customers informed
Maintain strong lender relationships and stay current on compliance requirements and product offerings
