About The Position
The Finance & Insurance Consultant processes customer credit applications and submits them to financial institutions for approval. The role prepares and organizes state and finance-related paperwork for vehicle transactions, then reviews the necessary documents with customers at delivery. The consultant explains optional products, including vehicle service agreements, paint and fabric protection, and road hazard coverage, while providing customer service and presenting products honestly and transparently. The position is based at Bobby Rahal Honda, 6696 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. The schedule includes some evenings and every Saturday, with a designated weekday off; the dealership is closed on Sundays. Compensation is salary plus commission.
Requirements
- Driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior automotive dealership and/or finance experience is preferred.
- PA Vehicle Sales license; the company will help the employee acquire one if necessary.
Responsibilities
