Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Typing proficiency with attention to detail when entering data
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, dealership systems a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Prepare financing documentation and related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency
- Obtain customer credit applications and submit them to lenders for approval
- Maintain organized filing and record systems for finance transactions
- Complete required reports and documentation for compliance and tracking
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Department
- Assist customers with questions and ensure a smooth financing process
