About The Position
Quick Cash, a small loan and consumer finance company and a subsidiary of Affordable Home Furnishings, is seeking a CSR. This position offers excellent pay based on experience (DOE) and a complete benefits package. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with weekends off. The role involves approving and processing consumer loans, collections (phone and field), marketing to grow the business (phone, field, online), and maintaining excellent customer relations.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation (Needed for field work)
- Good driving record
Nice To Haves
- Finance, collections, or direct marketing experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/ English helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Approving and processing consumer loans
- Collections (Phone and field)
- Marketing to grow the business (Phone, field, online)
- Maintaining excellent customer relations
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
