About The Position
Quick Ca$h, a small loan and consumer finance company and a subsidiary of Affordable Home Furnishings, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR). This full-time position offers excellent pay based on experience (DOE) and a complete benefits package. The role involves a variety of duties including approving and processing consumer loans, collections (phone and field), marketing to grow the business (phone, field, online), and maintaining excellent customer relations. The company is committed to safety during COVID-19 by following all recommendations from federal, state, and local governments, as well as the CDC.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation (Needed for field work)
- Good driving record
- Finance, collections, or direct marketing experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/ English helpful but not required

Responsibilities
- Approving and processing consumer loans
- Collections (Phone and field)
- Marketing to grow the business (Phone, field, online)
- Maintaining excellent customer relations
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
