About The Position

This is an 11-week full-time Finance internship opportunity starting on May 24th, 2027, and concluding on August 4th, 2027. The position is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week. Interns will be assigned to a department such as Enterprise Finance Planning and Analysis, Health Care Benefits, Pharmacy Services, and Retail Finance, Internal Audit, Financial Systems, Treasury, Medical Economics, or Finance Operations. The CVS Health Finance organization partners with the business to reshape health care, making it more accessible, equitable, and affordable. The internship provides immersive training and experiences to build business acumen, financial and technical skills, and leadership capabilities. It serves as an entry point into the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP), a three-year rotational experience designed to develop future finance leaders.

Requirements

Anticipated completion of bachelor’s degree program by full-time start date (January 2028 through August 2028) or equivalent experience.
Master’s students completing 3+1 or 4+1 programs (a Master’s/MBA program immediately following your bachelor’s degree) may be considered.
Have a major, minor, concentration, or work experience relevant to the position. Examples include: Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar quantitative majors.
Meet educational requirements.
Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include: active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects.
Internship, work, or project experience in related field.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, for example Microsoft Excel to maintain spreadsheets and perform moderately complex functions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
An interest in obtaining full-time Corporate Finance position within CVS Health upon graduation.
