About The Position

As an intern, you’ll work with our technologists and business experts to gain practical, hands-on experience that you can actually use. Our program combines traditional classroom-settings with project-based work where you can get involved with the products and services the firm is working on. Along the way, you’ll have guidance from people at all levels of the organization so you can start to build a long-lasting professional network and build relationships with the intern class through interactive outings and projects. At the conclusion of your internship, you may be considered for full-time employment, to commence upon successful completion of your degree program. Tradeweb’s Corporate functions work across the organization to support the people, operations, governance, and strategy behind our global business. While our Sales, Product, and Technology teams are focused on building and delivering our electronic trading platforms and solutions, our Corporate teams help ensure the broader organization operates effectively and continues to grow. As a Corporate Intern, you’ll be placed within a specific function, such as Audit, Compliance, Risk, Cyber, or Marketing & Communications, where you’ll gain hands-on experience within that team while also learning how your work connects to Tradeweb’s broader business. At Tradeweb, we believe some of the best ideas come from looking at challenges with a fresh perspective. During your internship, you’ll be encouraged to explore how AI and emerging technologies can be applied within your area of the business. Whether through dedicated project work or your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll have opportunities to think differently, challenge existing processes, and contribute ideas that can help shape how we work in the future.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or Master’s degree in any industry
• Basic knowledge of and interest in financial markets and technology
• Ability to analyze a problem, take a view and present a plan of action
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Be motivated by team work
• Curiosity to further your knowledge and understanding of electronic trading & market structure
