Requirements

  • University graduation in a related field such as Business, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline, plus two (2) years of related experience; or equivalent as described below.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in project management, including planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Experience supporting program processes, policy implementation, evaluation activities, and financial management, including analysis, monitoring, and reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience developing or using Power BI dashboards.
  • Experience with program evaluation, performance measurement, or outcome reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Establishment and Maintenance of Financial and Administrative Processes: Financial and administrative processes are developed, implemented, and maintained to support effective program delivery and sound fiscal management across the division.
  • Accurate Revenue Tracking and Allocation: Revenue management processes are administered to ensure revenues are accurately recorded, monitored, reconciled, and allocated in support of program and divisional objectives.
  • Integrated Financial, Program, and Evaluation Analysis: Financial, operational, and program analysis is provided to support strategic planning, program implementation, performance measurement, and decision-making.
  • Program Administration and Operational Coordination: Financial administration processes and program activities are coordinated to support consistent service delivery and effective implementation of divisional initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Performance measurement and reporting processes are maintained to support accountability, informed decision-making, and continuous improvement.
  • Administration of Program Funding, Grants, and Financial Reporting: Program funding and financial reporting mechanisms are administered to ensure resources are managed effectively and aligned with strategic objectives.
