The role involves supporting and training new talent, explaining product features and benefits, closing sales, and managing finance and insurance transactions. Requirements
- Experienced professional in automotive F&I.
- Strong focus on compliance requirements and product knowledge.
- Ability to train new talent.

Responsibilities
- Contract new business, sell, and close deals.
- Generate finance income on all sold customers.
- Check and verify paperwork for cash, finance, or loan transactions.
- Contract or collect all money at closing.
- Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals.
- Maintain working knowledge of leases and balloon payments.
- Promote Credit Life and Accident & Health sales.
- Assist in acquiring approval from lenders.
- Understand programs and rate options offered by lenders.
- Solicit extended warranty sales through aftermarket products.
- Handle cancellations for extended warranties and Credit Life.
