About The Position

As a Finance and Business Manager, Executive Director on the Digital Finance team, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior technology and product leaders, helping shape business priorities through disciplined financial management and data-driven decision support. You will partner with leaders across the business and finance organization to improve transparency, optimize resource allocation, and support high-impact strategic decisions. This high-profile, fast-moving role calls for sound judgment, strong executive presence, and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business management, chief operating officer support, or a closely related finance role, including product-related business exposure.
• Ability to build strong relationships across a broad range of functions and influence senior and global business leaders.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate with a high degree of self-direction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets and present conclusions concisely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to define and deliver a strategic agenda across multiple groups.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, logical approach to problem-solving.

• Produce clear, decision-oriented reporting and commentary for executive reviews and leadership discussions.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and productivity improvements across the supported business and broader finance organization.
• Partner across business and finance teams to enable strategic investments, strengthen governance, and improve financial transparency.
