About The Position

Hyundai AutoEver America (HAEA) is seeking a Finance Analyst III to provide Account Receivable processing and support. The selected candidate will work on problems of moderate scope including month-end close, revenue true-up analysis, account reconciliations, lease accounting (ASC 842), and financial reporting support. This role requires exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action, as well as building productive internal/external working relationships. The position is a 5-day onsite role in Irvine, CA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
• 2 to 5 years of accounting operations with specialty in Accounts Receivable operations
• Experience in SAP ERP system
• Proficient level Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Account Receivable processing and support
• Month-end close
• Revenue true-up analysis
• Account reconciliations
• Lease accounting (ASC 842)
• Financial reporting support
• AP vendor invoice processing
• Assist with monthly closings
• Assist with accounts receivable workload
• Review Purchase Requisition
• Interact with managers and vendors on a daily basis
• Assist on special projects
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
