Finning Canada is hiring a Temporary Finance Administrator (6-month contract) for our Edmonton office. The Finance Administrator is responsible for providing end-to-end financing coordination and administrative support to the Sales organization by ensuring equipment transactions are accurately structured, documented, approved, funded, and completed in alignment with company and regulatory requirements. This role is accountable for financing coordination, documentation management, compliance administration, trade processing, lender coordination, and credit release activities to ensure deals are funding-ready and executed efficiently. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the office, with an hourly rate of $22 to $25 per hour.
