About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrative Assistant to support our finance department with a primary focus on Accounts Receivable (AR). This entry-level role is ideal for someone beginning a career in accounting or finance who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining organized records, and supporting financial operations. The successful candidate will assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and general financial administrative duties while helping ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing and sending customer invoices
  • Record incoming payments and apply them to customer accounts
  • Monitor outstanding balances and update AR records
  • Help track past-due invoices and assist with follow-up communications
  • Maintain accurate customer billing information
  • Organize and maintain financial documents and records
  • Assist with data entry into accounting systems
  • Support monthly reconciliation and reporting processes
  • File and maintain financial paperwork and digital records
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
