International's FALD program offers early career professionals a three-year rotational program that gives you opportunities to rotate through various areas of International within our Accounting, Finance and Operations Teams, including: Manufacturing, Corporate Finance, Purchasing & Logistics, Product Development, Service Parts, and Sales & Distribution. Rotation flexibility is an important component of our FALD Program, as rotation assignments could include opportunities at International facilities in Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama or elsewhere in the US. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, or Economics OR Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, or Economics and will obtain degree prior to first day of employment OR Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, or Economic and Master’s Degree or Master’s Degree in process
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
  • We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors' or Masters' degree in finance or accounting with a preferred GPA of 3.0+
  • Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments
  • Previous applicable co-op or intern experience
