Final Assembly Team Member
About The Position
This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position located at SurePoint Ag Systems in Atwood, KS. The Assembly Team Member is expected to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, then create and execute plans to address them. Responsibilities include learning final and pre-assembly builds, assisting in writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for builds, and being capable of assembling any Bill of Materials (BOM) item. The role also involves taking on new tasks as the company grows rapidly and performing other duties essential for the overall success of SurePoint Ag. Team members are expected to support the company's goals through collaboration, teamwork, and communication.

Responsibilities
- Recognizing inefficiencies and opportunities to improve, then creating and executing a plan for them
