About The Position

This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position for an Assembly Team Member. The role involves recognizing and addressing inefficiencies, assisting with final and pre-assembly builds, writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for builds, and taking on new tasks as the company grows. The team member will be expected to assemble any Bill of Materials (BOM) item and perform other duties essential for the success of SurePoint Ag. As a member of the SurePoint Ag Team, the individual will support overall company goals through collaboration, teamwork, and communication.

Responsibilities

Recognizing inefficiencies and opportunities to improve, then creating and executing a plan for them
Learning final and pre-assembly builds
Helping write SOP for builds
Taking on new tasks as needed as we grow our company rapidly in the coming years
Being able to assemble any BOM item
Providing support and assistance in achieving the overall goals and objectives of SurePoint Ag through collaboration, teamwork and communication
