About The Position

Engineer the Filters That Keep Mines Running. Mines depend on filtration to turn slurry into shippable product. As our Filtration Engineering Manager, you'll lead the team designing the dewatering technology our mining customers rely on - and help shape how FLSmidth's filtration equipment performs in the field, worldwide. You'll join our Filtration Engineering team, part of the wider Mining Equipment engineering organisation supporting projects globally.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineering
• 8+ years in filtration or solid-liquid separation engineering
• Experience leading technical teams and capital projects
• Strong knowledge of mining and mineral processing applications
• Confident communicator with customers and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team designing dewatering filtration equipment
• Own technical specifications, calculations and equipment drawings
• Drive capital projects from design through commissioning
• Partner with process engineers to size and select filtration equipment
• Resolve field performance issues through root-cause analysis
• Support sales with technical proposals and feasibility studies
• Mentor and develop engineers across the filtration team
