About The Position
This position is with Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies business unit. The Filling Operator operates and sets up production machinery, monitors product quality, and maintains production records. The role is classified as non-exempt and pays $20.00 per hour. Employees may also be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other compensation depending on role and location.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and ability to monitor product quality.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- One year of machine-operating experience preferred.
- Experience with manufacturing machine controls, barcode scanning, or production reporting.
Responsibilities
- Operate machines and production equipment safely according to instructions.
- Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
- Monitor output quality and identify products that are faulty and need to be discarded or remanufactured.
- Maintain accurate daily production records for analysis of manufacturing performance.
