About The Position

The Filling Operator works in Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies business unit. The role operates a forklift truck to move, stack, load, and unload materials, parts, and finished goods. The position is classified as non-exempt and pays $20.00 per hour. Employees may also be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other compensation depending on role and location.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Attention to detail and ability to monitor product quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment.

Nice To Haves

• One year of machine operating experience is preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing machine controls, barcode scanning, or production reporting.
