Filling Machine Operator - 4th Shift

About The Position

Filling Machine Operators run high-speed computerized filling equipment in a clean-room, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment. They conduct cleaning, setup, minor maintenance, changeovers, and breakdown of filling lines using proper aseptic technique, while strictly following standard operating procedures and documentation requirements. The 4th shift runs from 6 AM to 6:30 PM on Saturday and Sunday, plus one weekday assigned by the supervisor. The hourly pay range is $21.50–$23.88. Final pay determinations depend on factors including experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The company’s primary business language is English. The successful candidate must be able to effectively speak, read, write, and understand English to perform the essential functions of the role, including independently understanding policies, procedures, training materials, and workplace communications in English in a heavily regulated work environment. Employment is at-will and is not guaranteed to be permanent.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Mechanical aptitude.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs chest high.
Ability to effectively speak, read, write, and understand English to perform the essential functions of the position.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing experience.
Experience in a medical, food, or other cGMP production environment is strongly preferred.
