About The Position

The Filling Operator operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions. The role sets up or adjusts equipment to manufacturing specifications, monitors output quality to identify faulty products for disposal or remanufacture, and maintains accurate daily production records for manufacturing performance analysis. The position is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws. Hourly pay is listed as $20.00; eligible employees may also receive shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other compensation depending on role and location.

Requirements

Attention to detail and ability to monitor product quality.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

One year of machine operating experience is preferred.
Experience with manufacturing machine controls, barcode scanning, or production reporting.
