2nd Shift Filling Line Operator
About The Position
RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is seeking Filling Line Operators. The role fills production batches into aerosol containers according to batch tickets, performs routine maintenance, and makes mechanical or electrical adjustments or repairs to production line machines as needed. Operators locate the required product and filling items, set up and change over filling-line equipment for new orders, review finished orders for counts and fill rates, and maintain an orderly work area. No experience is necessary; fill-off experience is preferred. Candidates must pass a background check and drug test.

- Must be able to reliably commute to Hudson, NC or plan to relocate before starting work.

Responsibilities
- Locate the proper product and filling items, such as cans, lids, and labels, to fill aerosol containers according to batch ticket instructions.
- Set up all filling-line equipment and make changeovers for new batch ticket orders.
- Review finished orders for final product counts and fill rates.
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
- Perform routine maintenance and make mechanical or electrical adjustments or repairs to production-line machines as needed.
