Requirements
- Valid Level 2 Security License with the TXDPS
- Experience working in a supervisory role (Lead, Shift Lead, Field Supv)
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- State license if required
- Valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience
Responsibilities
- Observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- Provide rapid response in critical situations.
- Reading and writing detailed reports.
- Enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
- Performing progressive disciplinary measures across assigned division.
- Be the first response to incidents across multiple client locations and ensure an accurate and detailed report is provided for the situation.
