About The Position

United Protective Services is seeking an experienced and dependable Field Training Officer to train Security Officers, conduct field inspections, and support operations across multiple client locations. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be 25 years of age or older due to insurance requirements.
• Previous leadership experience as a Lead Officer, Shift Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or similar role.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and mentor Security Officers in the field.
• Conduct site inspections and performance audits.
• Assist with incidents and emergency situations.
• Complete accurate reports and required documentation.
• Ensure officers follow company policies and client expectations.
• Promote professional customer service and security standards.
• Travel between client locations as needed.
