About The Position

United Protective Services is hiring a reliable and experienced Field Training Officer to provide hands-on training, evaluate officer performance, and assist with afternoon operations at multiple client properties. This position is ideal for a proven security leader who takes pride in developing employees, reinforcing expectations, and promoting consistent service across the field.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 25 years old to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
• Prior leadership experience in a position such as Lead Officer, Shift Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or a comparable role.
• Effective communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Military or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide field training and ongoing guidance to Security Officers.
• Evaluate officer performance through post visits and operational inspections.
• Reinforce company procedures, post orders, and client-specific requirements.
• Respond to incidents and assist officers during emergencies.
• Prepare detailed reports and complete all assigned documentation.
• Encourage professionalism, accountability, and excellent customer service.
• Travel to various client properties throughout the assigned area.
