About The Position

Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking a dynamic Field Training Consultant to train new agents within the state of Nebraska. This role involves collaborating with 15 other trainers across multiple states and requires a self-driven, team-oriented individual. The position offers a flexible schedule to support problem-solving and solution-based selling skills for sales-driven individuals. Occasional travel across Nebraska is expected, and candidates who thrive working autonomously with previous insurance sales background are highly desired.

Requirements

College degree (Business or Marketing degree preferred) plus five relevant experience required.
Must have or be able to attain FINRA Series SIE, 6 and 63.
Must be licensed in all product lines offered by the company in the state currently assigned (Life & Health, Property/Casualty, Commercial, etc.).
Excellent people skills with the ability to work well with the agents/registered representatives in a multi-line exclusive agent channel.
Good problem solving, analytical, organizational and time management skills.
A valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records are required.
Frequent travel (up to 50%) is required (including the occasional overnight).
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis.
Not seeking candidates that need any type of immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
