About The Position

Support Training and Development activities of Carlisle LLC across multiple organizations within the company. Partners with various departments across the organization related to training and development needs. Lead development activities that support company initiatives, priorities and training needs.

Responsibilities

Lead key training and operations initiatives at the restaurant level partnering with District and General Managers
Supports Operations in development of training restaurants based on identified locations as determined by District Manager and Directors of Area Operation
Addresses operational issues on all restaurant visits to ensure resolution – supporting bottom 25%
Supports Sr. Director of Training and Development in elevating training restaurants that are not at current level of expected execution
Meets or exceeds budget set for department
Assists Sr. Director of Training and Development in follow-up that every manager has an active IDP and ongoing development is supporting bench strength
Ensures the standards of the Management Training process are maintained and executed at the training restaurants and in other restaurants using the Development Roadmap
Follows up with GMs on execution of Crew Core and makes recommendations when needed
Follows up to ensure LTO sessions are implemented and executed to standards
Facilitates training workshops and classes as appropriate for development of team
Active leader on Operations Pillar Team- supports People Pillar Team as needed
Leads remodel and new restaurant Boot Camps to ensure successful reopening
As directed by Sr. Director of Training and Development additional assignments or responsibilities may be assigned
