About The Position

SONIFI is seeking a Field Telecommunications Technician in the Maui, HI area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong desire to resolve technical issues, who is flexible, learns quickly, and can work independently. The technician will provide support and guidance to customers on SONIFI products, acting as the face of the organization. The role involves supporting customers in the assigned region, with the company providing a vehicle, tools, cell phone, and laptop. The technician will be responsible for ensuring a great customer experience through thoughtful and professional communication with hospitality and healthcare clients, respecting their specific protocols and needs.

Requirements

Technical degree plus ONE year of related experience in High-Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head-end.
OR High School Diploma or GED plus THREE years’ work experience in High-Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head-end.
Valid driver’s license and safe driving habits.
Flexibility to adapt to changing customer priorities and requests.
Ability to work independently.
