This role involves performing fieldwork with various product lines, including the operation and maintenance of flow monitoring equipment like FlowSight and Accusonic. The specialist will be responsible for operating and maintaining all issued field equipment and vehicles, ensuring compliance with Company Policies, Procedures, and safe work instructions. The position requires providing user support, performing hardware installs and deployments, understanding company technology, and troubleshooting technical issues with flow monitoring systems. Additionally, the role involves providing on-the-job training, supporting business development with technical client support, and performing various field tasks such as installing product lines in underground sewer lines and rainfall monitoring equipment. The specialist will also be responsible for hardware calibration, data collection and analysis, analyzing and developing solutions for challenging applications, demonstrating a firm understanding of technology and data outputs, acting as a confined-space attendant, collaborating with engineering teams, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires the ability to climb ladders, work at heights with fall protection, and maintain vehicles and equipment. Extensive travel and overtime hours are expected, and all required training and certifications must be completed.
