About The Position

Atwell is hiring an experienced Technology Specialist to be the go-to tech problem-solver for employees nationwide. This role involves real infrastructure work, not just password resets, and offers variety in supporting workstations, servers, VOIP, networks, and design software. The position provides real autonomy, backed by a supportive IT Team Leader, and involves work that impacts every department company-wide. This is a non-exempt role with overtime pay.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
7+ years of corporate IT support experience
Experience with MS Server, Windows 10, O365, Active Directory
Strong networking & troubleshooting skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Autodesk experience

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot hardware, software, account & printer issues
Support servers, networks, backups & data replication
Deploy workstations, laptops, printers & Mitel VOIP phones
Support AutoCAD and other design software
Manage IT asset inventory and ticketing
