Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on proactive solutions.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize own work.
  • Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and networking standards.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. as part of regular job duties

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in computer technology or a related discipline preferred.
  • Two years experience including Co-op/internship or relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Resolves user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for handling support cases.
  • District jobsite setup and turndown, including remote support.
  • Delivers technical training and other knowledge resources.
  • Administers and monitors district office and construction site server resources and technology solutions to ensure optimal operation, and responds to issues.
  • Accurate and timely logging of problems, and resolutions to problems, in problem-management database.
  • Provides implementation support on corporate and regional initiatives.
