About The Position

CoverSafe is hiring mechanically skilled individuals for its Fast Track Technician Program. No automatic pool cover experience is required; the company provides 100% paid, hands-on technical training. Field Service Technicians troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and install automatic pool cover systems while developing skills in a specialized industry. The position offers year-round, full-time employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week and no layoffs. Starting annual pay is $62,500–$72,500, plus overtime, commissions, and performance incentives. Top performers may earn more than $85,000 annually. Two scheduled $2,500 pay increases are provided as training milestones are completed, with opportunities for further pay growth and career advancement.

Requirements

• Hands-on mechanical experience in automotive repair, equipment maintenance, construction, installation, or a related trade.
• Experience using tools, troubleshooting equipment, and repairing mechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow a career.
