About The Position
RoyPow USA is seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers.
Requirements
- Must be willing to travel within the US (all expenses will be Covered by the Company)
- Some technical support experience
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Technical support: 1 year (Required)
- Hardware Repair: 1 year (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with lithium batteries (Preferred)
- Associates degree in relative field (Preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Providing technical on-site support and training to customers experiencing issues with their lithium batteries.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and working to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and technical support requests.
- Assisting with product installation and maintenance as needed.
