About The Position

National Water Services, LLC. is hiring a Field Technician to service FreshPure water vending machines at assigned retail stores in Tallahassee, Florida. The role involves visiting each assigned location weekly or every two weeks, depending on the location, to clean and disinfect machines, take meter readings, document the service, and report any damage or unusual conditions. Each store visit takes about an hour, and total weekly hours depend on the number of stores on the route. This is a 1099 independent contractor role paid at $30 per hour, with mileage and travel included in the rate. Supplies are provided, and a home office contact is available for support. The work is not a repair job: technicians report mechanical or technical issues for a Service Technician to address. The position offers flexible, predictable route work and may suit people seeking part-time income alongside other work.

Requirements

Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
Smartphone with a camera for photo submissions.

Nice To Haves

Experience in field services, retail merchandising, delivery routes, janitorial work, or similar work.
No water-systems experience is required.

Responsibilities

Visit assigned retail stores weekly or every two weeks, depending on the location.
