About The Position

Our innovative and growing company is seeking candidates to join our team for a low voltage alarm/security technician!

Requirements

• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds or more, climb ladders, pull wire.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in electronic security installation, maintenance, or other related fields is preferred.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, architectural, mechanical, and electrical documents is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair alarm/intrusion and fire systems.
• Install, troubleshoot and configure Access Control Systems.
• Installing and repairing CCTV & IP based Camera Systems & NVR’s.
• Readjust equipment, repair, or replace equipment and test for operation.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on systems.
• Run and terminate low voltage cable.
• Identify risk to customers and provide effective solutions.
• Respond to customer service calls and perform scheduled maintenance calls.
