About The Position

Install radon mitigation systems in residential homes following a documented process. Each day starts with reviewing job specs, pulling materials, and loading your truck. You run your jobs independently, collect payment on-site, close out the job in the system same day, and leave every site cleaner than you found it. You'll also handle service calls on existing systems and complete post-install steps at every job: customer check-in, yard sign, and door hangers before you leave.

Requirements

Must be licensed and certified by day 30.
Ability to work independently without needing check-ins.
Ability to follow a proven system.
Good with hands.
Track record of doing things right.
Ability to read job specs before arriving.
Hold a quality standard beyond the minimum.
Close paperwork the same day.
Take the work seriously, as a craft.
