Field Supervisor - Polished Concrete & Resinous Flooring
About The Position
QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is a national leader in the industrial flooring industry and is seeking an experienced, hands-on Field Supervisor to manage daily field operations for resinous flooring and/or concrete polishing projects. The role operates out of a local home office and oversees multiple field crews and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. The Field Supervisor provides onsite leadership from mobilization through closeout, manages daily schedules and project milestones, enforces trade specifications, OSHA safety protocols, and quality procedures, and communicates project status to project managers, leadership, and general contractors. The role also maintains job-site logs, reports, photographs, safety audits, and inspection records using SiteDocs, and resolves field issues while maintaining positive client relationships.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Lead Foreman or Supervisor in polished concrete and/or resinous flooring.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid state driver's license in good standing.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct onsite supervision and coordinate multi-person crews and specialty subcontractors from mobilization through closeout.
- Develop, maintain, and execute daily work schedules to meet project milestones in a fast-paced environment.
- Enforce trade specifications, OSHA safety protocols, and quality-control procedures on job sites.
- Host daily site meetings, track progress, and provide updates to project managers, leadership, and general contractors.
- Maintain job-site logs, daily reports, site photos, safety audits, and quality inspection records using SiteDocs.
- Identify and resolve field challenges quickly while building positive, long-term client relationships.
