About The Position

Intermountain West Insulation is seeking a Field Supervisor to assist with daily production operations, support crews, communicate with customers, and help ensure materials and equipment are ready for use. The role requires adherence to safety procedures, inventory monitoring, and coordination in a production and warehouse environment. The position offers an hourly wage of $25.00, depending on experience, and an opportunity for overtime.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of job site safety practices and production processes.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move materials and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a field or construction supervisory role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the daily production operations of crews.
• Assist in communicating with crews when problems arise.
• Communicate with customers as needed.
• Help inspect materials and equipment going out.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist in monitoring inventory.
