About The Position

Leola Construction is a residential shell construction company based in Gibsonton, Florida, specializing in slab masonry, block masonry, and framing for single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums across the Southeast. The company provides these services to major home builders and emphasizes high-quality, on-time, and on-budget project delivery. Comprehensive training is provided, including for candidates who are new to some technical aspects of the role.

Requirements

At least 2 years of management experience.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Nice To Haves

Sales experience in construction is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
OSHA 10-Hour Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees, fostering relationships to support project success.
Oversee daily operations on residential construction sites, managing slab, block, and framing activities to meet plans, schedules, and budgets.
Lead subcontractors with accountability and ensure high-quality work and a safe job site.
Conduct site inspections and progress reviews, applying analytical and decision-making skills to address issues proactively.
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes, and use time-management skills to keep projects on track.
Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to optimize resources and maintain efficiency.
Communicate with project managers and clients, providing detailed updates and reports.
