About The Position

Leola Construction is a residential shell construction company based in Gibsonton, Florida, specializing in slab masonry, block masonry, and framing for single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums across the Southeast. The company provides services to major home builders and emphasizes high-quality, on-time, and on-budget projects. Comprehensive training is offered, including for candidates who are new to some technical aspects of the role.

Requirements

At least 2 years of management experience.
Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.

Nice To Haves

Sales experience in construction.
Bachelor’s degree; preferred but not required.
OSHA 10-Hour Certification.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees, fostering strong relationships to support project success.
Oversee daily residential construction site operations, including slab, block, and framing activities, to meet plans, schedules, and budgets.
Lead subcontractors with accountability, ensuring high-quality work and a safe job site.
Conduct site inspections and progress reviews, and address issues proactively using analytical and decision-making skills.
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes, using time management skills to keep projects on track.
Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to optimize resources and maintain efficiency.
Communicate with project managers and clients, providing detailed updates and reports.
