About The Position
Accenture Flex offers local, fixed-duration, project-based work. The Field Services Project Manager will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services, using standard tools, methodologies, and processes to monitor and control service-level agreements. The role includes serving as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing a team, taking responsibility for team decisions, and contributing to decisions across multiple teams. The successful candidate will align project objectives with organizational goals, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, analyze project performance to identify risks and opportunities, support continuous improvement, and maintain transparent stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires working onsite five days a week in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, reducing or eliminating travel demands.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- High school diploma or GED.
Responsibilities
- Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services.
- Use standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service-level agreements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively.
- Take responsibility for team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Align project objectives with organizational goals to support successful delivery and value creation.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance communication and streamline project execution.
- Analyze project performance data to identify risks and opportunities, and implement proactive measures.
- Recommend enhancements to project management processes and tools as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain transparent and timely stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
