About The Position
Accenture Flex is a fixed-duration, project-based work arrangement through Accenture. The Field Services Project Manager will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services, using standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service-level agreements. The role is based onsite in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, five days per week, with work performed in the employee’s local metro area to significantly reduce or eliminate travel demands. The Project Manager will act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, take responsibility for team decisions, and engage with multiple teams on key decisions. The position also involves aligning project objectives with organizational goals, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, analyzing performance data to identify risks and opportunities, supporting continuous improvement, and maintaining transparent stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- High school diploma or GED.

- Recommend enhancements to project management processes and tools as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain transparent and timely stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
