About The Position
The Field Services Manager at RK Industries leads commercial HVAC/MEP service operations across an assigned territory. The role develops field technicians, ensures exceptional customer service, and oversees daily operations while supporting sales and business growth. It is responsible for maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and financial performance. The manager works across RK’s seven business units and supports its integrated construction, manufacturing, advanced fabrication, and building services operations. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical and fiscal responsibilities and leadership.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC/MEP service operations.
- Experience with budgeting, financial performance, operational planning, and business development support.
- Ability to build relationships across departments, support sales teams, and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field service operations across the assigned territory and ensure technicians have the training, tools, and technical support they need.
- Promote the company’s safety culture through safety meetings, jobsite inspections, toolbox talks, and proper PPE use.
- Develop and mentor technicians through individualized training plans, career development, and performance reviews.
- Partner with sales teams and the Divisional General Manager to review sales pipelines, identify opportunities, and support business growth.
- Develop and manage territory budgets and contribute to strategic planning and operational performance.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining service quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Review and approve technician time, service documentation, estimates, and outstanding administrative items.
- Collaborate with Accounting on collections and customer credit needs.
