Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training a plus
  • 1+ years of experience in a field service, IT support, or technical customer support role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users, both by phone and in person
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience with hardware/devices, ideally tablets or similar electronic equipment
  • Basic understanding of IT networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, VLAN configuration) sufficient to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues
  • Comfortable using power tools and performing physical installation/mounting work
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience maintaining accurate records or asset/inventory logs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to healthcare facility sites as needed
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment (specify weight, e.g., up to 25-50 lbs) and perform installation work that may include reaching, bending, or working at heights

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience installing or maintaining medical or healthcare-related equipment
  • Experience coordinating with third-party vendors or contractors
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - a plus given the Los Angeles market

Responsibilities

  • Provide both phone and on-site support, addressing technical queries, resolving issues, and ensuring our customers' needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot the Circadia tablet to maintain smooth operations and promptly address any technical challenges.
  • Participate in the installation process of the Circadia C100 devices at designated healthcare facilities, collaborating with contracted vendors.
  • Perform routine hands-on maintenance, IT setup, and configuration of medical equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, ensuring seamless connectivity for devices, utilizing basic IT networking knowledge including Wi-Fi VLAN configuration.
  • Perform precise mounting and installation of medical devices using power tools and equipment.
  • Audit and maintain an asset management list, ensuring accurate records of all devices and equipment.
  • Manage multiple tasks with precision and composure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
