About The Position

UniFide CST is looking for a Field Service Technician to install, inspect, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair retail, industrial, and heavy-capacity weighing equipment throughout the Green Bay area. This role involves hands-on mobile support and expertise to businesses, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installation and calibration, conducting preventive maintenance, and building lasting customer relationships. UniFide CST is a primary distributor of weighing systems, thermal printing equipment, and data collection software, known for superior service and products.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and PC software)
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to lift, move, and work with equipment safely
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn and complete required certifications

Nice To Haves

Experience with industrial equipment
Forklift experience
CDL Class B (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

Install and service retail, industrial, and heavy-capacity scales and weighing systems
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and calibrations
Inspect and test equipment to ensure accuracy
Complete service documentation and customer reports
Load and unload tools, equipment, and calibration weights
Travel to customer locations throughout the region
Deliver excellent customer service while representing UniFide CST
