About The Position

The Field Service Technician performs on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of waterworks, plumbing, HVAC, and industrial equipment to help ensure reliable system performance and excellent customer service. The role includes equipment start-ups that activate factory warranties, warranty and service-agreement work, and service work quoted by the VP of Service and Parts or Sales Engineers. Technicians travel to customer sites daily on a structured schedule and work primarily in the field, rarely in the office. The role may also include driver duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years of relevant experience.
Strong technical and communication skills.
Ability to travel.
Ability to lift and work in varied environments.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid state-issued license.

Nice To Haves

Technical certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform field service work, including equipment start-ups that activate factory warranties; be fully certified to complete this work.
Handle warranty claims, defects, and service repairs covered under warranties or service agreements.
Execute service work quoted by the VP of Service and Parts or Sales Engineers.
Travel to customer sites daily based on a structured schedule.
Deliver high-quality service and maintain strong customer relationships in the field.
May provide driver duties and responsibilities.
