About The Position

Imperial Brady is hiring a Service Repair Technician in Elkhart, Indiana. The role maintains and services housekeeping equipment purchased or leased by customers, including commercial carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums. The technician builds collaborative relationships with assigned accounts, provides customer service, demonstrates equipment, and coordinates with other departments to support customer satisfaction. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or until the day's work is completed.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Electrical and mechanical experience.
• Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date records of services performed.
• Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory.
• Demonstrate equipment to customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge.
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures.
