About The Position

This position is responsible for repairing and maintaining various types of aerial and earth moving equipment. SoCal JCB is a highly successful, fast-growing business that prides itself in customer service and invests in its workforce, offering a highly competitive compensation and benefit program. SoCal JCB is an authorized dealer for JCB construction equipment including skid steer loaders, backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, excavators and telehandlers.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 5+ years' installing and maintaining machines
• Ability to travel
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Comfortable in an in-person office environment
• Must be customer service oriented, flexible, and have a high energy level
• Must have excellent follow-through skills
• Must have a professional, polished, and sophisticated demeanor and be comfortable in most social settings
• Must be open to domestic and international travel
• Desire and proven ability to learn and grow

Nice To Haves

• Technical competence is a plus

Responsibilities

• Complete and turn in field reports that capture all time and work completed on site
• Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance to customers
• Complete on-site system audits and evaluations
• Practice and adhere to all safety and training
