About The Position

SoCal JCB is a highly successful, fast-growing business that prides itself on customer service and invests in its workforce by offering a highly competitive compensation and benefit program. SoCal JCB is an authorized dealer for JCB construction equipment including skid steer loaders, backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, excavators and telehandlers. This position is responsible for repairing and maintaining various types of aerial and earth moving equipment.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 1-3 years installing and maintaining machines
• Ability to travel
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Computer skills needed perform diagnostics, complete reports, etc
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Comfortable in an in-person office environment
• Must be customer service oriented, flexible, and have a high energy level
• Must have excellent follow-through skills
• Must have a professional, polished, and sophisticated demeanor and be comfortable in most social settings
• Must be open to domestic and international travel
• Desire and proven ability to learn and grow

Nice To Haves

• Technical competence is a plus

Responsibilities

• Complete and turn in reports that capture all time and work completed
• Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance for customer machines
• Complete on-site system audits and evaluations
• Practice and adhere to all safety and training
