About The Position

Catalyst Security Group Inc. is seeking a motivated Experienced Field Service Technician to join our expanding Denver, CO team. This position is ideal for a low voltage technician skilled in CCTV, access control, and intrusion system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You’ll perform hands-on work in the field, providing professional, high-quality security system services and ensuring total client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience with low voltage security systems (required).
• Strong troubleshooting and programming ability.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
• Proficient with mobile apps and digital tools.
• Clean driving record, background check, and drug screen required.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in confined or elevated spaces. (Roofs, attics, ladders, lifts)

Nice To Haves

• Fiber Optic Cabling experience a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Teams a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair CCTV / Video Surveillance Systems
• Install, service, and repair Access Control & Intrusion / Burglary Systems
• Install, service, and repair Low Voltage Cabling (Cat5e, Cat6)
• Troubleshoot and test systems for optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Complete service reports, maintain tools, and manage inventory.
• Recommend upgrades and improvements for client systems.
